What is priority management.

Priority management – is a virtue of maximizing our productive time.

We all have the same amount of time. But some can achieve far more than others and it’s because of priority management.

People who do priority management achieve far more due to time management.

First, do what’s important, urgent and necessary.

Do your best work in the morning.

Prioritizing work requires discipline. With discipline you can achieve far more.

Every night before sleep write a list of activities you are going to do in the morning. Because your brain will think through the activities you have to do and you will wake up full of energy.

Don’t delay on things.

Don’t do your homework on the last minute.

Procrastination is what keeps us from doing a lot of things. We procrastinate until the last minute and then we don’t have time left to do things properly.

Procrastinators have poor priority management, therefore their work lacks competence. You can do so little while you have a bit of time.
