Today I wanted to quit the gym.

Anyway. I was tired – slept very poorly last night and over 24 hours I was two times at the gym.

I was tired and wanted to quit, but after few hours of sleep I decided that I’m going to continue going to the gym.

I want to make it a habit.

When it’s a habit, the going itself will be automatic. I know this.

I kinda was thinking that gym makes me very tired, 3 days I’m very tired. I need a rest.

Actually I want to go to the gym 7 times a week. At least to cycle.

Since my upper body is hurting I can’t do much exercises.

But my legs don’t hurt, and that’s awesome. Tomorrow is the 4 day I will be in the gym, but at first I gotta go to the dentist.

Somethings wrong with the nerve of the tooth. 🙂

Tomorrow I plan to do 50 minutes of cycling. 🙂
