Make it a habit.

I gotta admit – I am lazy, so lazy. I’m lazy to go to the gym, but I force myself to go and pedal just a bit.

I want to go to a gym 247 times to make it a habit.

It’s about 8 months.

Then when going to the gym becomes automatic. I will be ripped as fuck.

Of course I don’t plan on six pack, gonna be a bit fatter but muscular. 🙂
