Matrix Hacks

Creative crisis.

Everytime I think of a new book. I can come up with a great title.

But when I actually sit down to write it – my stories end up with couple of thousands words – then I’m empty.

It’s easier to start a new novel than to finish an existing one.

This for me is a creative crisis.

Man I just don’t know how I wrote my first detective.

When it comes to writing long boring books – I’m empty.

It’s easier to write bullshit blog posts and pretend that I’m an awesome blogger.

Writing books is a hard task. It became extremely hard and I don’t believe that anyone can write a book. Sure anyone in theory, but not everyone practically.

It’s been since 2013 I last wrote something long. I just can’t and probably I don’t want it.

When there’s something good to write – it usually pops out by itself. You don’t have to force it. Fiction is hard, non fiction is harder. Bullshit blogging is easy.

I love blogging because it’s short and casual.

Personally I doubt I will ever write something long.

Permission to create shit.

When a young artist starts his long and disappointing journey to fame and glory, he might feel embarrassed by his first works.

That’s why I permit you to create shit. I know you don’t need permission but whatever man.

When you prohibit yourself from creating shit, you can’t just pop a masterpiece out of your ‘asshole’.

That said, like defecation sometimes it comes out just perfect because it comes out often.

The future of web writing.

Enough said. The future of web writing is going to be very sad.

Today people know how to read, but what we all read most of the time is garbage, garbage with no enduring value.

The posts about blogs, the posts about money – non of it has the enduring value.

When I read something. I want deep meaningful texts but to no surprise there are almost none in the surface of the web.

The future of writing is clickbait. Texts written in a way that delivers low or close to none value. Sure they’re good when you want to learn something.

But what if you want to read? Read a story, read some writers ramblings who wants to connect with the world.

Of course there are writers like me, who want to connect on a deeper level. But most nowaday writers want just a click on an ad. As if the text was just a place holder for the ad.

Everything could be much better.

If one starts a blog, it will take years if not decades for it to reach surface. Best writing is in the underground and it never sees the daylight.

Did you click on this post? I hope you did because the future of writing is very disappointing and I mean very.

The casual writer competes with pros who just want some clicks. When a new writer enters the writer sphere he most likely will be ignored by the majority.

History shows us that the best writers of the time were ignored by people and became famous only after their death. But now fame is rare, just because there’s this overload of information.

Sure it would be great to earn couple of cents from ads – but whatever man.

Today writers fulfil the search engine search query. This way they know that their texts will be seen by people. This way they know they’re fulfilling a demand.

Why write, if there’s no demand – right?

But there will never be a demand for the depths of your soul.

Some writers write to be discovered and some are discovered as writers.

The future of writing is very much dissapointing. When the AI becomes alive, there won’t be any need for writers, because the computer can generate best selling books in a couple of seconds.

But the computer, he has no soul, therefore human writing should be the most demanding skill you can have. Doesn’t matter if somebody reads it – they never do.
